The following are the guidelines for our return process:

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS once the product has been dispatched. This can also be found the 'My Account' section on the website.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
We adopt a 15-day policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
If a certain style is NOT eligible, it is mentioned on the product page itself.
Free gifts/products won or received in promotional offers are not eligible for return.
WHAT ABOUT MY MONEY AFTER I RETURN MY ORDER?
You will get a credit voucher for the whole amount (COD fee excluded) you paid which is valid for one year.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
  • Email us at info@fairiesforever.in or call us at 7000464600 with 10 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return.
  • Once we receive your request, we will initiate the pickup from the shipping address mentioned in your original order.
  • We offer reverse pick up for majority of pincodes in India. But if reverse pick up is not available for your pincode, then we would request you to send the product back to us at the following address and we will add an extra Rs. 75 to your credits.

  • Please hand over the product to our logistics partner when they come to your doorstep. Please note the product must to be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. Also the product tags should be intact with its original packing, else we will not be able to process your return. Reverse Pickup usually takes 1-3 days from the day the request is initiated.
  • After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Please note that it takes 7-10 days for us to receive the returned product.
  • Finally, after the product passes the quality check, we will issue you a store credit that will be emailed to your original order email address. The Store Credit  will be valid for a period of 1 year and can be used to purchase anything from our store
  • We can only offer exchanges based on availability of size upon receiving the return product and not before that.
  • Please allow up to 3 working days to get your Store Credit after we have received the return product.
  • Images on the website are clicked with lighting effect due to which sometimes the colour of actual product may vary from the image taken.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
 8 to 10 working days.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
It will take 2-7 business days for your order to be delivered. Please get in touch with the Customer Delight Team for expedited delivery.
IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE?
For domestic: Free shipping above Rs.1000 and Rs 200 for orders below Rs. 1000
For COD: Additional charges of Rs.100 will be applicable.
