Shipping & Returns FAQ

The following are the guidelines for our return process:

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a tracking number by email and SMS once the product has been dispatched. This can also be found the 'My Account' section on the website.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

We adopt a 7-day policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
If a certain style is NOT eligible, it is mentioned on the product page itself.
Free gifts/products won or received in promotional offers are not eligible for return.

WHAT ABOUT MY MONEY AFTER I RETURN MY ORDER?

We shall charge you "reverse shipping amount" of 150/- Rs. in case of Return, the same shall be deducted from your refund.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

  • Email us at orders@fairiesforever.in or Whatsapp us at +91-700464600 within 7 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return.

  • Once we receive your request, we will initiate the pickup from the shipping address mentioned in your original order.

  • We offer reverse pick up for majority of pincodes in India. But if reverse pick up is not available for your pincode, then we would request you to send the product back to us at the following address :
    201,BADERA APPARELS, DIAMOND TRADE CENTRE, NEW PALASIA, INDORE 452001

  • Please hand over the product to our logistics partner when they come to your doorstep. Please note the product must to be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. Also the product tags should be intact with its original packing, else we will not be able to process your return. Reverse Pickup usually takes 1-3 days from the day the request is initiated.

  • After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Please note that it takes 7-10 days for us to receive the returned product.

  • Finally, after the product passes the quality check, we will issue the refund deducting 150/- Rs. as reverse picking charges from the same.

  • We can only offer exchanges based on availability of size upon receiving the return product and not before that.

  • Images on the website are clicked with lighting effect due to which sometimes the colour of actual product may vary from the image taken.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

 8 to 10 working days.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

It will take 2-7 business days for your order to be delivered. Please get in touch with the Customer Delight Team for expedited delivery.
