Return & Refund Policy
All products purchased on our website are eligible for refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase. Our policy lasts 15 days from the date the order is placed. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return.
- Once we receive your request, we will initiate the pickup from the shipping address mentioned in your original order.
- We offer reverse pick up for majority of pincodes in India. But if reverse pick up is not available for your pincode, then we would request you to send the product back to us at the following address :

- Please hand over the product to our logistics partner when they come to your doorstep. Please note the product must to be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. Also the product tags should be intact with its original packing, else we will not be able to process your return. Reverse Pickup usually takes 1-3 days from the day the request is initiated.
- After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Please note that it takes 7-10 days for us to receive the returned product.
- Finally, after the product passes the quality check, we will issue you a store credit that will be emailed to your original order email address. The Store Credit will be valid for a period of 1 year and can be used to purchase anything from our store
- Please allow up to 5 working days to get your Store Credit after we have received the return product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Sale Item Exchange / Return process
Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Only regular priced items may be refunded if they are defective, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning /exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
